Ironstate developed The Union Club as a 39-unit rental building in Hoboken, NJ. Originally founded by German immigrants in the 1850's, the building dates from 1864 and features an Antebellum architectural style. After completing the restoration, which included masterfully blending old-world charm with modern conveniences, Ironstate sold the property which was later converted to a condominium.
