Ironstate designed and received approvals to develop the Residences at Liberty National, a super premium luxury condominium community overlooking the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline in Jersey City, NJ. Ironstate subsequently sold the property, which was approved for three high-rise condominium towers (35, 43 and 50 stories) designed in a unified sail shape by NBBJ Architects, located on 15 acres adjacent to the renowned Liberty National Golf Course. The plan called for each of the over 900 homes, ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet, to have outstanding views to Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, New York Bay and the Verrazano Bridge, while the a retail marketplace, restaurant and a landscaped plaza park overlooking the golf course with an outdoor pool, cabanas and snack bar would complement the community.
