Ironstate developed the 41-story Palisades residential building on an elevated site in Fort Lee, NJ which afforded spectacular views of the George Washington Bridge -- less than a quarter of a mile to the north -- the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline. Opened in 2002, the building featured 538 luxury rental residences, a multi-level enclosed parking garage, and a wide array of Manhattan-style amenities, including a dramatic grand marble and cherry wood lobby with oversized picture windows offering breathtaking views of the New York skyline, 24-hour concierge service, a state-of-the-art health club, and a heated outdoor swimming pool and expansive park-like rooftop plaza overlooking the Hudson River. Ironstate successfully leased up the building before selling the property to the nation's largest condominium company which implemented a conversion program.
