Ironstate is scheduled to break ground in late-2009 on Beachfront North Phase II, 185 condominium homes housed in three five-story buildings located along the oceanfront in Long Branch, NJ. The new development will be situated adjacent to Seven Presidents Park and will boast sweeping views of the public park and Atlantic Ocean. Private amenities will include an outdoor pool and sundeck. The new phase will complete Ironstate's Beachfront North development which already includes 283 townhomes and condominium residences that are sold out and occupied. Ironstate was designated the redeveloper of the entire site by the City of Long Branch, continuing its considerable commitment to the revitalization of the city's beachfront which also includes its $400 million Pier Village mixed-use development.
