Ironstate Development, in partnership with The Matzel & Mumford Organization, a K. Hovnanian Company, developed this community of 283 homes along the revitalized oceanfront in Long Branch, N.J. The community featured The Bluffs at Beachfront North, 104 Seashore-styled townhomes, and The Grand Resorts at Beachfront North, 179 condominium residences - both of which sold out in quick order and earned "Community of the Year" honors from the New Jersey Builders Association. Beachfront North also featured The Ocean Club, a private two-story clubhouse with a fitness center, lounge area, clubroom and outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. The development rose on a 15-acre parcel of oceanfront property that was slated for redevelopment by the city of Long Branch. Ironstate was designated the redeveloper of the site, continuing its considerable commitment to the revitalization of Long Branch's beachfront which also includes its $400 million Pier Village mixed-use development.
